These terms apply when you use Latitude Bound (operated by Latitude Bound) to create and order a book.

What we make

You upload photos and notes. We use AI software to draft the text of your book from what you provide, and we lay out the pages. You can edit every word before ordering. Once you order, we print the book exactly as it appears in your final preview.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo and every piece of text you upload, and that your book does not contain anything unlawful. You keep all rights to your photos and your book. You give us permission to use them only to create, print, and deliver your order and to provide support.

Because you review and approve the final text, you are responsible for its accuracy. Please read your preview carefully; we print what you approve.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard US shipping. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Printing and delivery

Books are printed on demand by our printing partner. Printing typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and shipping times vary by carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Changes and cancellations

Because each book is made to order, contact us at hello@latitudebound.co within one hour of ordering if you need to cancel or change something. After your book goes into production we cannot change it. See our returns policy for damaged or defective books.

Limits

Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
