Latitude Bound is operated by Latitude Bound. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

The photos and notes you upload, the text of your book, your email address, and, when you order, your name, shipping address, and phone number. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits without tracking you across other sites.

How we use it

Only to create your book, print and deliver your order, email you about your book and order, and provide support. We do not sell your information or your photos, and we do not use them to advertise or to train AI models.

Who helps us

We share only what each service needs: Vercel (website hosting and photo storage), Upstash (order records), Anthropic (drafting your book text from your photos and notes, under terms that do not allow training on your data), Stripe (payments), Lulu (printing and shipping), and Resend (email).

Keeping and deleting

If you never order, we delete your photos and draft 60 days after you started. If you do order, we keep your photos and book so you can come back and reorder copies. Email hello@latitudebound.co and we will delete your photos, notes, and book. We keep basic order records as required for taxes and accounting.

Children

Latitude Bound is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
